I feel a bit like a nervous Vogue assistant approaching La Wintour, but I'm afraid I have to correct you dear Manolo. These shoes are from last season (fall 04). I know this because I too thought they were marvelous, and bought a pair in October.

I was strolling the aisles of Tar-jhay (Target for some of you) and noticed a pair of shoes that very much resemble those of the Michael Kors, except they are probably not as well-made.
Here is the link of the cheap knockoffs. A close match, no? And who can complain for $16.99? As a bonus, they also come in the color that is most favorite of the SolidGold Dancer.
The Manolo he reminds you that one of the rules of the Manolo is to buy the highest quality of the goods that you can afford.
